Printer are guaranteed for 1 years starting from the date of shipment,but the parts passed.By the ink(including print head,ink pump,cartridges,ink motor etc)are NOT included in this clause.For more,please send an inquiry and contact with our customer service.
7. Can you print my own logo on the products?
Yes,we can make your own design or put your logo on the product,please send your design or inquiry to our email(Whatapp or Skype),but also the packing design and other OEM services are available.
8. How to order?
Please tell us the model,quanlity you need；We will make PI for you to confilm；Pay the Deposit to us after you confirm the PI,we will parpare good for you；Goods will be shipping with in 5-10 days after we recevied your full payment；FOB/CIF/CNF/EXW all is OK.
